Dr. Tejal Gandhi, Press Ganey’s Chief Safety & Transformation Officer, along with safety and reliability experts Kerry Butler, Manager of Safety and Reliability Solutions, and David Varnes, Director of Strategic Consulting, will share tools and best practices for drift detection and recommendations for leveraging integrated analytics to inform your HRO strategy.

Additionally, the session will feature safety leader Lou Reida, Vice President of Quality at Vidant Health who will provide insight into Vidant’s multi-year high reliability journey. Lou will share examples of how they have sustained an HRO mindset despite common obstacles, competing priorities, and leader turnover.
